As Consultant – Sales & Business Development, USA
I am currently leading Inari Technology’s sales and business development initiatives in the United States. Inari is one of Southeast Asia’s leading semiconductor companies, and my role involves expanding their footprint, building U.S. partnerships, and driving growth across strategic markets.​

In addition to this, I have been actively engaged in conducting ISO9001 audits for ElevATE Semiconductor (USA), ensuring process excellence and operational compliance.

Shekhar (CD) Khandekar

Shekhar has over 40 years of experience working at Engineering and Executive levels for multinational companies over many geographies. Have worked in India, USA, Canada, Denmark and Switzerland and managed employees in additional countries like The Netherlands, Israel, Germany, Malaysia, Russia, Singapore, Japan, Taiwan and China amongst others.
Supported customers in Japan, Belgium, Germany, UK, France, USA, China, Taiwan, Singapore amongst other places. He has worked in the areas of:
Integration of Multi-Discipline Operations Internationally, including supplier relationship management.
Executive Leadership: Build relationships with executive management, ensuring customer satisfaction through strong communication skills.
Extensive Experience in deploying business policies and processes through Quality Management Systems.
​Mentoring staffs at every level from a junior engineer to Vice Presidents.
Shekhar has held positions at large corporations such as Texas Instruments, Intel, Western Digital, JDS Uniphase and other small and mid-level public corporations.
